Whom should I contact first?
If your question is team-related, start with your Team Manager or Coach. For all general or administrative enquiries, email the President, who will ensure it’s directed appropriately.

How long will it take to get a response?
Our committee members are volunteers. We aim to respond during business hours. Response times may vary during peak periods.

What if my enquiry is sensitive?
Sensitive matters should be emailed directly to the President or Vice President, depending on the issue. These are handled respectfully and confidentially.

Can I contact committee members directly?
Yes. This page provides direct role-based email contacts so enquiries reach the right person without confusion.
Where will club updates be shared?​
Official updates will be shared through club communication channels as initiatives progress.

Urgent Matters Only
There are a few situations in which we ask that you call the President directly rather than email.

Please call Ben (President) on 0427 138 888 if:

A serious injury occurs that requires an ambulance or hospitalisation

There is a reportable altercation involving players, parents, officials, or spectators

You are unable to gain access to a stadium for a scheduled training session or game

An urgent issue arises that affects player safety or the ability for basketball to proceed
These matters require immediate attention and should not wait for email.

For all non-urgent matters, please use the email contacts above. Emails are monitored during business hours, and we will respond as soon as possible.

The committee manages operational and personnel matters through appropriate processes and working groups. While not every detail can be shared publicly, the club is committed to improving transparency and maintaining open, respectful communication.
