Fees & Registration

The club has a strict policy of “no pay, no play” policy, if registration and weekly game fees are not paid. The club is 100% volunteers – committee members, coaches, and team managers are not paid to perform their roles. Your registration fees are only used to cover the costs the club incurs to operate!

Winter Season 2021 – Family & Member Payment Plan

Every season the Emerald Lakers pre-pay Team Sheets.
The team sheet fee’s are a weekly cost that teams pay so that they can play the game.
For the upcoming winter season the Team Sheet Fee’s will be incorporated into the Registration Fee’s.

PLAY HQ Annual Registration Fee’s

Before registering with the Emerald Lakers you will need to register with PlayHQ to obtain a username and password. The Basketball Victoria PlayHQ is a separate fee to the club registration costs.

Play HQ Player Registration Fee • $25 Juniors 17 years and under • $39 Seniors 18 and over

Basketball Victoria charge an annual fee which covers your registration and player insurances. If you are volunteering as a Coach, Team Manager or Club Volunteer you are also required to register and enter your working with children’s credentials.

NOTE: If you have previously registered you can use the same username and password for your Emerald Lakers registration.

Little Lakers & Laker Ready Program

Term 1 – 9th Feb to 30th March.
Term 2 – 20th April to 15th June
Term 3– 13th July to 14th September.
Term 4 – 5th October to 7th December

Little Lakers $40 Per Term – Every Tuesday 4.15pm to 5pm
The Little Lakers Program is for children aged 4-8 years and teaches young children the fundamentals of sport whilst enjoying learning the sport of basketball.

Laker Ready Program $40 Per Term – Every Tuesday 5.15pm to 6pm

The Laker Ready Program is for children 6-12 years that have confidence with the basic fundamental skills and require a more rigorous program.  The session will teach game skills and instil confidence.  The children will enjoy making friendships whilst learning the sport of basketball
